REASONS TO QUIT YOUR JOB AS SOON AS YOU CAN

REASONS TO QUIT YOUR JOB AS SOON AS YOU CAN :-

Quit your job to take a better paying position? Definitely. Quit your job for a great opportunity? Absolutely.

But there are a lot more reasons to quit your job (once you have something else lined up, of course.) And they all fall under one main category:
Life’s too short.

-Your input is disregarded… or even not wanted.
-You get criticized publicly.
-You never hear the word, “Thanks.”
-Your boss manages up, not down.
- You feel like you have no purpose.
-You feel like a number.
-You aren’t even mildly excited to go to work.
- You can’t see a future.
-You don’t think you can do anything else.

Can Money Buy Happiness???? :) :(

Biggest Mystery Of Life....
Do You Think Money Can Buy Happiness..?
:) or :(      Yes Or No???
Okay..

Money can't buy happiness, but neither can poverty

"I wrote this article because the opinion that money can't buy happiness is often expressed, so I wanted to try to write a piece that is different saying that money can buy true happiness"

Good News! Apparently, Happiness Is On Sale For The New, Low Price Of $50,000 (FORBES)

Happiness: Now 33% Off !!!!!!

Depending on your own situation, $50,000 might sound like a lot. But this is actually a steep discount from what studies previously cited as the golden number: $75,000.So it seems the sweet spot is somewhere between $50,000 and $75,000. If you make under $50,000, you might be stressed about your financial situation. If you make over $75,000, the additional returns on working longer hours might not be worth it anymore. But it’s nice to know that a $75,000 salary is not necessary to be happy.

In other words: the pursuit of happiness, for 33% off the original price.

It turns out that whoever said money can’t buy you happiness was wrong.

Money can buy you happiness, as long as you give some of the money away, or use it for an experience rather than buying a product.

First of all, the most important sign of wealth, possessing a large amount of money, has become an ambition of many people round the world, especially of the younger generation to which I belong.
These days, wealthy people have a very bad reputation. Whereas billionaires such as Bill Gates and Warren donate huge amounts of money, the “average multi-millionaire or billionaire” becomes a concept of enemy for the ordinary people. That happens, however, for the reason that higher revenue allows one to consume more goods and services. As a result, that excites envy.

On this subject, we might consider if it would be better to have one million dollar or to have a nice and happy living. Some people, for instance, are really rich but lonely, while others are poor but happy with their close friends and family. Though, for some people it may be not evident to determine what is more significant for them, money or happiness, it is needless to say, that money can buy lots of things but then again, the decision is ours, to choose if things will make us happy. Alternatively, lots of possessions that we first "want" turn out to be dissatisfactions and baggage that doesn't please us.

"There is no point of getting a promotion on the day of your breakup, there is no fun in driving a car if your back hurts, shopping is not enjoyable if your mind is full on tensions".

(RATAN TATA)

I don’t think that it´s somehow possible to “buy happiness”, so money isn’t everything, but it helps. Conversely, we should be aware that it is friendships, good health, and family that truly bring us happiness to which we aspire.

Happiness is a feeling we have for many reasons. Many objects and materials can provide the happiness many humans desire. Money can and have fulfilled that happiness which one lacks for many years.

So,Money Cant Buy Happiness,But It Can Be Rented

CORRECTED-White Tiger No Man-Eater: Delhi Zoo

White Tiger No Man-Eater: Delhi Zoo

A man has been mauled to death by a White Tiger at a New Delhi zoo

The tiger was not to blame for the incident.

Tigers Are Endangered Animals. They Should Be Given Special Protection. Poachers And Hunters Should Be Prosecuted. The Best Way To Help Tigers Is To Protect Their Natural Habitats. Human Interference Is Also Harmful For Their Survival.
Tiger Is One Of The Most Beautiful Animals. It Is Also Our National Animal.

The Tiger Was Just Being A Tiger.
An Unusual Object Fell Into His Domain He's a Wild Animal In Captivity. It Is Certainly Not The Tiger's Fault.
Why blaming tiger...If Someone Knows About White Tigers They Must Know That They Are Not Hunters...They Don't Have The Ability To Survive In Jungles That's Why They R Found In Zoos...But If U Provoke Even A Human Child He Will React Aggressively... Then Why Not A Tiger .

Save The Nature,Otherwise No One Can Save Us From Nature.

Misunderstanding Between The Tiger And The Kid Lead To This Incident. The Tiger Tried To Shake Hands But The Boy Did Not Recognize The Gesture. The Boy Saluted Namaste But The Tiger Did Not Understand.People Are Chanting And Shouting At The Tiger To Not Bite And Go Away,But The Tiger Could Not Understand What They Were saying. All The Boy Wanted Was To Be Friend With the Tiger.. Misunderstading Can Be Dangerous..Everyone Was Pelting Stones And Making Noises To Divert The Tiger.
Tiger Kills A Man Who Voluntarily Jumped Inside A Fence,And People Started Shouting And Throwing Stones On Tiger...It Became A Shocking News.
And Man Kills 100s Of Tiger Every Year For Body Parts And All..No Such News.

Sometimes It Really Feel Bad For Those Tigers, Who Killed By Human Beings Only Because Of Money.
Each And Every Person Will Be Punished By Nature Who Are Responsible For Ruining The Nature.

Both Humans And Animals Have The Right To Live... Nobody Has To Blame Anyone.. It Was The Mistake Of That Human Who Entered Into Its Cage.... There Was Not A Single Mistake Of Tiger....
If You Cant Take Care Of These Tigers Or Any Animals, Then Don't Even Try To Lock Them In To Zoo, Let Them Live In Jungle, Where They Belong. If Human Don't Have Rights To Kill Human, Then They Don't Have Rights To Kill The Animal, Which Is Important Part Of Our Nature.

Stop Killing Tigers Be Humans For A Change
We Are Now Feeling Sad About That Single Man, Who Got Killed By This Tiger, But We Don't Have Feelings About Those Many Tigers Who Got Killed Every Year By Cruel Humans. That Man Made Mistake Not The Tiger. And The Zoo Keepers made The Mistake If Trapping That Tiger. The Tiger showed his true colour and this is the only lesson to the Humanity.
So don't ever think of killing the Tiger. If you kill one they will kill 100s. Keep this in mind.

Save The Nature,Otherwise No One Can Save Us From Nature.

Ugly Animals Need Love Too...!!! #peopleforpaws

1) http://itsinnovative.blogspot.in/2014/07/peopleforpaws.html

2) http://itsinnovative.blogspot.in/2014/07/i-just-cant-stop-myself- from-writnig.html

This is a article to raise awareness for animals all across the INDIA that need rescued or adopted. Please follow if you support these animals in getting the home they deserve.

#peopleforpaws

Provide your pet with all of the Love they deserve in the comfort of their own home.Because Rescue Animals Need Love Too ...

Not All Endangered Species Are Cute and Fluffy

By deciding on pet adoption, you are saving the life of an innocent, adoptable animal that would otherwise be put to death.

When animal rescues with "no kill" or "non-destruction" policies are full (which sadly is most of the time), they cannot rescue any more animals from the council/municipal 'killing' pounds. There, the animals get put to death after a short time to make space for the constant stream of more abandoned pets that need to come in.

Millions of unwanted pets are put to death every year all over the world. Internationally, around 600 million are thought to be abandoned, with huge numbers of those in countries which use extremely cruel and violent overpopulation controls and can have very hostile attitudes to stray animals.

Only a small portion of these pets are lucky enough to be rescued and adopted, leaving a huge portion unwanted with nowhere to go. These animals are sadly put to death. Tragically, while this is happening,  millions of pets are being newly bred and bought in their place - tomorrows abandoned pets. The cycle keeps repeating itself and is getting worse, as numbers of abandoned pets are riding.

Rescue pets are fantastic to adopt.

Despite the millions of innocent dogs and cats being destroyed through no fault of their own, people continue to buy newly bred pets, encouraging breeding instead of saving these innocent shelter pets from death.

Many people buy puppies from pet shops, not realising they are supplied by incredibly cruel puppy farms.
Each puppy and kitten bred and bought condemns innocent abandoned animals to death. Please do not be the one to issue their death warrants.

Many shelters - especially municipal ones that local council 'dog catchers' use - put animals to death when they are not claimed, rescued or adopted within a short time limit.
Many of the animals that go in to these 'death row' pounds are put to death. If you adopt rescue pets from these shelters, you probably save the life of the animal.

Common reasons for dogs being at animal shelters are:
  • Owners now have to be out at work all day.
  • Owners relationship breaks up.
  • Owner has a baby so doesn't want a dog anymore.
  • Owner moves to property that doesn't allow dogs.
  • Owner becomes ill or immobile and unable to care for pet.
  • Owner passes away.
  • Owner gets evicted from home.
  • Owner did not realise what hard work a puppy was & cannot manage it.
  • Owner can no longer afford pet.
  • Owner has lost interest in pet.
  • Irresponsible owners do not neuter pets.
  • Irresponsible breeders breed, attempting to make money when it is well known that there are not enough homes for exiting pets.
  • Owner does not want dog when it is old.
  • Owner does not want dog when it develops special care requirements.
  • Owner finds dog too much hard work and cannot be bothered to train it properly.
Although there are legitimate reasons in the list, much of the time excuses show that many people do not understand that having a pet is a commitment for the natural life time of the pet. Many people simply did not use any forethought when they purchased the puppy. They did not have any plans for for how the dog would be looked after in the event of perfectly likely things happening in the dog's lifetime, such as them being out at work all day, or them having a baby, financial problems, a lack of time, etc.

Why It Is Best To Adopt Pets & Not Buy

  • If you adopt rescue pets, you save innocent lives
  • They are often vaccinated and neutered - that means fewer vets bills and a healthier pet.
  • They are often already house trained (dogs/cats)
  • With adult animals, you know what personality you are getting because their personalities are already developed, unlike with a baby - they can end up with a personality different to what you hoped for, even if you try to mould them in to what you want.
  • Reputable animal rescues assess the temperament of an animal. They can match the animal with a prospective owner, if required
  • Generally, the older the pet is, the less wild and hyperactive it tends to be, especially if neutered - baby animals can be very hard work - especially puppies!
  • If you adopt rescue pets, many rescues let you take pets on trial so you can tell if they are the right one for you before committing - you don't get that when you buy pets!
  • If you adopt rescue pets, you are not making the problem of pet overpopulation worse like you would be if you bought pets while so many are put to death due to not finding homes.
  • Children who are around pets such as cats and dogs in the first year of their lives are far less at risk of developing allergies to pets - save a rescue pets life & improve your child's life at the same time.
  • There are further health benefits to owning a dog:
Owners generally get more exercise due to dog walking, and petting dogs is therapeutic. Doctors are known to recommend activity and interaction with dogs as a form of treatment. Therefore, by adopting a dog, you may not only be saving the dog's life, but also your own!

I Always Say   Don't buy instead adopt one!!

From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart.

As water is to fish, people is to people, love is very democratic feeling so called for the people,by the people.

In this present Era,the definition of love has been totally changed as people start misusing feelings.

The hunger for love is much more difficult to remove than the hunger for bread.
If colleges had offered a course named as "LOVE is difficult to do",I think we all would have enrolled. Why aren't we taught these difficult challenges of life?
A number of most important aspects of life are never discussed.
When an unstarted relationship comes to an end it can be an most painful experience ever.
Each of you has your own unique experience with love. Each of us experiences love in many ways: romantic, practical, spiritual, unconditional, passionate, selfish, and more.
Here, I’m talking about love at the practical level.

Love doesn’t hurt; whatever hurts in a relationship is not love.
Love is how you feel; not what you do.

Love is a feeling; the expression of love is an art.Where there is love there is life.

It was an unknown day of month of January,I felt so,being loved by an unknown person. The most amazing feeling in the world.
Love caught me unexpectedly; I know you think this can’t be real, that for 4 years you can’t be certain of the love. But I am so aware of my feelings, this is a love you don’t notice at first, it touches gently the coldness of your everyday life. It changes it fully if you allow it.

The problem was that our feelings were not mutual, I had not received as much from her, something that would make me love her, no, love just came over me.
I am waiting for a day that she will come to me and i will be waiting for her forever ..and if god give me a chance to make one of my dream come true,i will beg her back.

Sometimes dreams do come true.
My dream is you.
I love you; I need no one and nothing more.
Only you make me feel happy!
You love me and it is the best thing in the world!! :)
Ofcourse my failure is one of the strongest reason to pen my story ..

I Love The Way She Walk, And I Adore Her!I Love Her Dimples,Her Eyes,Her Hands,Her Smile,I Wake Up In The Morning With The Thought Of That Girl; I Lie In The Evening With Her Smile In My Head.

I Start Missing Her From The Moment I Lose A Sight From Her.
I Love The ITCH In The Stomach Every Time I See Her.I Wanna Feel That Moment Again. No Problems Exist; There Is Nothing Else That I Want More Than To Have That Girl Again.
The Way She Talks,Those Expressions.......Cant Explain In Words.

But who can change destiny.

With Heavy Heart

Karma Theory Always Work..Be Careful About Your Actions.

What is Karma?

Karma is the Sanskrit word for action.
It is equivalent to Newton’s law of ‘every action must have a reaction’. When we think, speak or act we initiate a force that will react accordingly. This returning force maybe modified, changed or suspended, but most people will not be able eradicate it. A person may not escape the consequences of his actions, but he will suffer only if he himself has made the conditions ripe for his suffering. Ignorance of the law is no excuse whether the laws are man-made or universal. To stop being afraid and to start being empowered in the worlds of karma and reincarnation, here is what you need to know about karmic laws.

THE GREAT LAW - "As you sow, so shall you reap". This is also known as the "Law of Cause and Effect". - Whatever we put out in the Universe is what comes back to us. - If what we want is Happiness, Peace, Love, Friendship... Then we should BE Happy, Peaceful, Loving and a True Friend. Read more at: http://www.social-consciousness.com/2013/09/12-little-known-laws-of-karma-that-will-change-your-life.html Follow us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/SocialConsciousness
#1: LAW OF NEUTRALITY
Just as the "Law of Gravity" always works to pull things toward the Earth, these "Laws of Karma" apply to all equally, no exceptions. The universe is neutral: there are no favorite ones, there are no cursed ones, there are only divine beings created by God and all these divine beings are loved by God equally, deeply, and completely.

#2: LAW OF AGREEMENT
The most terrible truth that anyone will ever learn while they are on Earth is… that they agreed to come here and to experience all that has, is, and will happen to them. The universe operates under this simple rule: all that happens is by prior agreement based on karmic justice between all the parties involved to balance past karma.

#3: LAW OF LESSONS
We reincarnate to learn what is and is not like love. In the worlds of duality, we learn from experiencing polar opposites: "good-bad", "problem-solution", etc until we evolve into divine love, joy, and awareness. We walk the divine circle - where there is no saint without a past and no sinner without a future - until we learn our lessons.

#4: LAW OF CAUSE & EFFECT
What you have done unto others in past lives or in this one (cause), weaves the karmic agreement of your present and future (effect). Consciously acting from loving kindness to yourself and others instantly reweaves the present and future karmic agreements into greater pathways of empowerment and unfoldment.

#5: LAW OF BALANCE
The point of learning lessons is to achieve balance. Imbalances drive your personal cycle of reincarnation. "What you bring hate to, you reincarnate to" is how balance is achieved. For you can only truly understand a thing when you become that thing and cease to judge it, cherish unloving opinions, or harbor unrealistic expectations about it.

#6: LAW OF ATTRACTION
Your consistently repeated thoughts packed with your consistently felt emotions become magnetized and attract similar thoughts packed with emotions to manifest your desires into reality. Whatever thoughts and emotions you focus on the most - with the most intensity and the most time - whether intentionally or unintentionally, becomes your belief-karma. The more you invest in them with your focus, the stronger they become. Your belief-karma generates your thoughts, forms your attitudes, guides your actions, and creates your results.

#7: LAW OF CONNECTION
You connect with the people, opportunities, and events necessary to manifest your desires if you allow, believe, and expect it will happen for you. Allowing means you open yourself to let manifestation flow to you by believing what you need to manifest your desires will come to you and by expecting if-when you take consistent and appropriate actions your desires will manifest into reality as you have asked.

#8: LAW OF EXPANSION
Since everything in the universe is energy, the universe is always expanding from lower to higher vibrational states. Change and growth are inevitable because energy is always expanding. The universe expands through chaos, reorganization, and order in an endless cycle of change and growth to create continuous improvement.

#9: LAW OF UNFOLDMENT
Your internal map of reality is always changing to reflect your personal state of learning and growth. Your map of reality is always being refined into greater levels of truth as your consciousness unfolds.Unfoldment is a gradual process so that you can learn life lessons at your own pace as you reincarnate through time.

#10: LAW OF EMPOWERMENT
If you "let whatever happens be ok", you are accepting the "default" pattern of karma. Empowerment comes from a conscious decision to take control of karma by accepting absolute and total responsibility for your life and by always consciously acting with loving kindness.

#11: LAW OF ALL POSSIBILITIES
There is no end to the joy you can experience or to what you can create. For all the power to get what you want comes from within you. Every moment brings with it new possibilities and opportunities for action. Whatever you can dream, you can do, be, or have in the universe of all possibilities... this is your birthright as a divine being.

#12: LAW OF LOVE
Karma begins and ends with love. Karma was created to propel you as Soul on a personal journey of reincarnation through the universe. Karma ends when you have perfected yourself in your ability to love unconditionally. The sole purpose of karma and reincarnation is to bring us all to a state of divine love, joy, and awareness.
