Karma Theory Always Work..Be Careful About Your Actions.

What is Karma?

Karma is the Sanskrit word for action.
It is equivalent to Newton’s law of ‘every action must have a reaction’. When we think, speak or act we initiate a force that will react accordingly. This returning force maybe modified, changed or suspended, but most people will not be able eradicate it. A person may not escape the consequences of his actions, but he will suffer only if he himself has made the conditions ripe for his suffering. Ignorance of the law is no excuse whether the laws are man-made or universal. To stop being afraid and to start being empowered in the worlds of karma and reincarnation, here is what you need to know about karmic laws.

THE GREAT LAW - "As you sow, so shall you reap". This is also known as the "Law of Cause and Effect". - Whatever we put out in the Universe is what comes back to us. - If what we want is Happiness, Peace, Love, Friendship... Then we should BE Happy, Peaceful, Loving and a True Friend. Read more at: http://www.social-consciousness.com/2013/09/12-little-known-laws-of-karma-that-will-change-your-life.html Follow us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/SocialConsciousness
#1: LAW OF NEUTRALITY
Just as the "Law of Gravity" always works to pull things toward the Earth, these "Laws of Karma" apply to all equally, no exceptions. The universe is neutral: there are no favorite ones, there are no cursed ones, there are only divine beings created by God and all these divine beings are loved by God equally, deeply, and completely.

#2: LAW OF AGREEMENT
The most terrible truth that anyone will ever learn while they are on Earth is… that they agreed to come here and to experience all that has, is, and will happen to them. The universe operates under this simple rule: all that happens is by prior agreement based on karmic justice between all the parties involved to balance past karma.

#3: LAW OF LESSONS
We reincarnate to learn what is and is not like love. In the worlds of duality, we learn from experiencing polar opposites: "good-bad", "problem-solution", etc until we evolve into divine love, joy, and awareness. We walk the divine circle - where there is no saint without a past and no sinner without a future - until we learn our lessons.

#4: LAW OF CAUSE & EFFECT
What you have done unto others in past lives or in this one (cause), weaves the karmic agreement of your present and future (effect). Consciously acting from loving kindness to yourself and others instantly reweaves the present and future karmic agreements into greater pathways of empowerment and unfoldment.

#5: LAW OF BALANCE
The point of learning lessons is to achieve balance. Imbalances drive your personal cycle of reincarnation. "What you bring hate to, you reincarnate to" is how balance is achieved. For you can only truly understand a thing when you become that thing and cease to judge it, cherish unloving opinions, or harbor unrealistic expectations about it.

#6: LAW OF ATTRACTION
Your consistently repeated thoughts packed with your consistently felt emotions become magnetized and attract similar thoughts packed with emotions to manifest your desires into reality. Whatever thoughts and emotions you focus on the most - with the most intensity and the most time - whether intentionally or unintentionally, becomes your belief-karma. The more you invest in them with your focus, the stronger they become. Your belief-karma generates your thoughts, forms your attitudes, guides your actions, and creates your results.

#7: LAW OF CONNECTION
You connect with the people, opportunities, and events necessary to manifest your desires if you allow, believe, and expect it will happen for you. Allowing means you open yourself to let manifestation flow to you by believing what you need to manifest your desires will come to you and by expecting if-when you take consistent and appropriate actions your desires will manifest into reality as you have asked.

#8: LAW OF EXPANSION
Since everything in the universe is energy, the universe is always expanding from lower to higher vibrational states. Change and growth are inevitable because energy is always expanding. The universe expands through chaos, reorganization, and order in an endless cycle of change and growth to create continuous improvement.

#9: LAW OF UNFOLDMENT
Your internal map of reality is always changing to reflect your personal state of learning and growth. Your map of reality is always being refined into greater levels of truth as your consciousness unfolds.Unfoldment is a gradual process so that you can learn life lessons at your own pace as you reincarnate through time.

#10: LAW OF EMPOWERMENT
If you "let whatever happens be ok", you are accepting the "default" pattern of karma. Empowerment comes from a conscious decision to take control of karma by accepting absolute and total responsibility for your life and by always consciously acting with loving kindness.

#11: LAW OF ALL POSSIBILITIES
There is no end to the joy you can experience or to what you can create. For all the power to get what you want comes from within you. Every moment brings with it new possibilities and opportunities for action. Whatever you can dream, you can do, be, or have in the universe of all possibilities... this is your birthright as a divine being.

#12: LAW OF LOVE
Karma begins and ends with love. Karma was created to propel you as Soul on a personal journey of reincarnation through the universe. Karma ends when you have perfected yourself in your ability to love unconditionally. The sole purpose of karma and reincarnation is to bring us all to a state of divine love, joy, and awareness.

I just cant stop myself from writing about #peopleforpaws...!!!

#peopleforpaws

Here is the link of my last article about #peopleforpaws .
http://itsinnovative.blogspot.in/2014/07/peopleforpaws.html

Peopleforpaws campaigns for animal rights. It spearheads a popular movement for respecting all life on this earth and is a small but crucial part of India's growing environmental awareness. Started in 2014 in Delhi the movement has spread in many states of INDIA.

“The greatness of a nation is judged by the way it treats its animals”

Mahatma Gandhi

Killing or torturing animals by humans is considered to be a crime instantaneously, many amongst us perhaps pay mute witnesses to incidences of animal cruelty happening all around us. The fact is that laws do not exist in this country of ours for protection of cruelty towards animals.
We all born being a man but not yet became a human. We think the almighty has created us for us…Certainly not it is but has created us to protect his all creatures.I vowed to do something for the welfare of other creatures of god.

Hunters, poachers, movie makers, pet shops, circus owners, drugs and cosmetic companies, fast food multinationals, dealers in furs and ivory and leather goods, exporters of live animals and meat have people to back them but Animals do not.Where these street dogs are born is where they belong.

In the English Language, we've only 1word to explain the various kinds of love. The traditional Greeks were a little smarter they used totally different words to explain the love for a spouse, a sibling, a parent or a lover,in the same way animal's love is unconditional ,because love is a universal language!!!!
Almost all of us grew up eating meat, wearing leather, and going to circuses and zoos. We never considered the impact of these actions on the animals involved. Now, the time has come to raise our voice against animal abuse.

Some goose bumping  facts about animal cruelty..

(1)More than 15 million warm-blooded animals are used in research every year.
(2)Scientists estimate that 100 species go extinct every day! That's about one species every 15 minutes.
(3)Dog fighting and cock-fighting are illegal in all 50 states.
(4)Elephants who perform in circuses are often kept in chains for as long as 23 hours a day from the time they are babies.
(5)On average, 5 million cats and dogs are put to sleep annually in the US. That is 575 cats and dogs killed every hour!
(6)Male chicks are usually grinded alive because they dont make 'good meat'.
(7)Over 100 million animals – mice, rats, dogs, cats, rabbits, monkeys, birds, among others – are killed in US laboratories for chemical, drug, food, and cosmetics testing every year.
And many many more.....

Hope this article will be an eye opener to those who don’t know much about laws preventing animal cruelty.I am sorry to say that no one really comes forward when contacted.I am an animal lover and care for some dogs in my hostel and near my home, sometimes others also come by.

I am writing this for you today so that you can inform people in smaller towns and villages across India. Let the government also see that animal welfare people run into lakhs and are every bit as determined to do good and to preserve this country’s culture of kindness, as the police and criminals are to destroy it.

Stand up against Cruelty to Animals....!!!!!

“Unseen they suffer, unheard they cry
In Agony they linger, in loneliness they die
Does it mean anything to you or anyone who passes by?”

MY LIFE,MY PASSION,MY DREAM

L:- Love
I:-  Infinite
F:- Full
E:- Enjoyment

In this cruel world, life is hell until and unless you have someone who belongs to you,i mean really belongs to you.
Humans get life only once, enjoy life,it's just one,no matter how many hurdles comes, how many sorrow he/she faces...at last he/she has to live, has to survive.Life is not easy, but its too easy if you live the way you want.
For some life is happiness, for poor life is tragedy, for rich life is a comedy.

If you wanna feel rich, count everything you have that money can't buy.

Some chase life bravely, some wants to get rid.Not everyone is ACE of the world, hard work and determination leads to a better life.

A Smooth Sea Never Made a Skillful Sailor,in the same way a smooth life never made a successful individual.

Richness in life is not only measured by money.
One can also become Rich by Habits, Smile, Values, Vision, Attitude and Discipline.

There is no substitute for experience,as there is no shortcut to success.
If u expect the world to be fair with you because you are fair with them,it is like expecting a lion not to eat you, because you don’t eat lion..

Be a man of value, search your capabilities, take your time and than shine like a diamond.

Do what you love doing.

It amazes me to consider the miracle of life. How from the tiny, microscopic sperm, life gets created.Think about the huge amounts of knowledge the small sperm contains – each minute detail from the highest of the top to the person’s feet should be contained in it.Obviously, the creation of life can't be the results of random likelihood. There needs to be lots of thought, style and engineering-brilliance concerned in bringing out such a product.

There is no need of Einstein's mind to make impact on this world.Your gifting are often as straightforward as golf shot your arms round the shoulder of a depressed friend and saying few encouraging words.

I don't know the condition of your life. Your life may be messed-up, agitated and shattered. However the great news is, if you may place your hands within the hands of GOD, He can create an exquisite mosaic out of these broken items.

Hope You Have A Great Life Ahead.

How To Start Your Own Airline Company..??

After a lot of study and hard work,Finally I found the conclusion.

How To Start Your Own Airline Company...???

Hello Tomorrow !!!

How about starting your own airline? All you need is Rs 10 crore (€1,833,840, US$2,168,257) in paid-up capital to start a regional airline with an aircraft of less than 80 seats. A good example is Air Deccan, which started as a regional airline with a single turboprop ATR aircraft before spreading its wings across the country.

Today, an LCC with a pan-India presence would cost you $40-45 million (Rs 180-202 crore). If you can increase it to $65-70 million (Rs 270-315 crore), you could also build in some cushion that can help you to tide over a crisis like an oil price spiral. Jet Blue, Richard Branson’s LCC in Australia, had burnt $45 million before it could fly a single aircraft.

Airlines is a high cash-burn business. You spend Rs 2.5 lakh an hour to fly an Airbus A320. To fly it for 10 hours a day, you need Rs 8 crore. If you have six aircraft — airlines need to bring in six aircraft within year of starting operations — you will burn Rs 90 lakh a day or Rs 27 crore in a month. To recover this, the airline will have to fly at say, 70 per cent load factor (occupancy).

If it manages to just do 50 per cent load factor instead of the targeted 70 per cent — Sahara Airlines could just do 25 per cent initially when it was launched — it will have to incur losses. Typically, an airline has to incur a cash burn of Rs 2-3 crore in the first few months every time it introduces an aircraft in a new sector.

Besides, all expenses are payable upfront or almost immediately. For instance, the oil companies provide credit for only seven days; if you don’t pay them, they will stop supplies. The airport charges have to be paid every month.

Before you seek a licence, you need to get a no objection certificate (NoC) from the civil aviation ministry. The ministry studies the promoters background before issuing an NOC, based on which operators can lease an aircraft or place an order with aircraft manufacturers like Airbus or Boeing.

The start-up costs could be huge (see graphic). Lease rentals, which is 1 per cent of the cost of the aircraft, for a new Airbus A320, is $350,000/month. Airlines have to provide a month’s rental plus three months lease rentals as deposits to the lessors or a lease rental for a month plus letters of credit for three months. The lease and deposits for six A320s will cost you $8.4 million /Rs 37.80 crore. Insuring an A320 costs Rs 2 crore a year, which have to paid in four instalments. Insuring six planes will cost Rs 12 crore. Airlines also need to make initial provisioning for each aircraft, which consist of consumables like blinkers on the wings. A set of tyres, for instance, lasts one-and-half months. For each aircraft, airlines have to carry initial provisioning and consumables worth $1 million and LRUs of $3.5 million for every three aircraft. For six Airbus A320s, the bill could be $13 million or Rs 58.50 crore a year.

It costs Rs 35-40 lakh to train a pilot for A320; training an ATR pilot would cost half. The pilots have to be trained on simulators, given route checks where the aircraft is flown empty for 9 hours and on-the-job training, where they fly in as a co-pilot. The international norm is 11 pilots per aircraft. Training 66 pilots for six planes would cost you Rs 23 crore.

Air Deccan was lucky — it roped in 42-odd retired airforce pilots and trained them at a cost of Rs 4.5 crore. No such luck for later entrants who had to poach pilots and other core staff from other airlines. A pilot for an Airbus A320 costs Rs 3 lakh a month, for an ATR Rs 2.25 lakh a month; co-pilots cost half. Expatriates come at a premium and charge Rs 1 lakh more.ou need 11 pilots (pair of five-and-half) per aircraft. Assuming annual salaries of Rs 36-40 lakh per pilot, the salary bill for six aircraft will be Rs 18-20 crore a year. The salaries for engineers, who are certified by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) after tests, will be another Rs 5-10 crore a year, salaries for cabin crew and ground staff will cost Rs 3 crore a year; more for security.

Each aircraft needs ground handling equipment worth Rs 75 lakh like push back unit, ground power unit, step ladders, conveyors and chocks. Unlike an automobile, the aircraft doesn’t have a reverse gear and needs a push back tractor to move it back. This unit costs Rs 45-50 lakh. Ground handling equipment for 6 Airbus A320 or Boeing 737-800 will cost Rs 4.50 crore.

When you start flying, you will also have to fork out deposits of Rs 50 lakh per airport. So, if you plan to have operations across 20 airports, please be ready to shell out deposits of Rs 10 crore. Besides, you need to pay a deposit of Rs 1 lakh per airport for check-in counters, Rs 2-3 lakh per aircraft as parking fees. Every airport requires half a dozen computers; 100 -120 computers across airports and offices could cost you another Rs 1 crore.

Implementation of a reservation system could set you back by Rs 3 crore. SpiceJet, for instance, uses Navistar while Kingfisher uses Bird Group’s/Lufthansa’s reservation system. Both charge a recurring fee of 40 cents a ticket, which is Rs 18-20 on every ticket. You can develop the reservation system indigenously to save costs — Deccan’s system was developed by Interglobe Technologies, an arm of Interglobe that is launching IndiGo.

Finally, you have pre-operative expenses which could be Rs 10-12 crore. During the project implementation, you incur a lot of expenses on travel consumables. If you end up hiring a consultant for everything, that could jack up costs by an extra $100,000. Promotions could eat up Rs 5-8 crore while a 10,000 square feet office space with security deposit and furniture could cost you Rs 3 crore. Thus, setting up an LCC with a pan-India presence could cost you Rs 200 crore, for starters.

That's all you need to start you own airline company,it is totally a high cash-burn business.

I just wanted to thank you all so much for the incredible love and support you have shown me in regards to my blog. So, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. It means everything to have gotten to share my journey with all of you,As time goes on, we continue to experience more and more interest in the stuff that our blog provides.

This Will Change The Way You Think - Tips From The Most Successful People Around The World To Achieve Success In LIFE.

At first glance, highly successful people may seem like they only succeeded in life because of their talent, their great connections or their family. However, that’s not the case at all! They manage to excel in their industry and make millions of dollars because of their amazing beliefs.
What are some of them?

No matter how old you are, where you’re from or what you do for a living, we all share something in common—a desire to be successful. Each person’s definition of success is different, however, as some may define success as being a loving and faithful spouse or a caring and responsible parent, while most people would equate success with wealth, fame, and power.

Now,without wasting time here are 13 tips from the most successful people:-

1.Think Big.
The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark

2.Find what you love to do and do it.
You know you are on the road to success if you would do your job and not be paid for it.

3. Learn how to balance life.
There is an immutable conflict at work in life and in business, a constant battle between peace and chaos. Neither can be mastered, but both can be influenced. How you go about that is the key to success

4. Do not be afraid of failure.
Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently

5. Have an unwavering resolution to succeed.
I made a resolve then that I was going to amount to something if I could. And no hours, nor amount of labour, nor amount of money would deter me from giving the best that there was in me. And I have done that ever since, and I win by it. I know

6. Be a man of action.
It had long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things

7. Avoid conflicts.
The most important single ingredient in the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people

8. Don’t be afraid of introducing new ideas.
A person with a new idea is a crank until the idea succeeds.

9. Believe in your capacity to succeed.
If you can dream it, you can do it.

10. Always maintain a positive mental attitude.
Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.

11. Don’t let discouragement stop you from pressing on.
Let no feeling of discouragement prey upon you, and in the end you are sure to succeed

12. Be willing to work hard.
Unless you are willing to drench yourself in your work beyond the capacity of the average man, you are just not cut out for positions at the top.

13. Be brave enough to follow your intuition.
Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

10 Beliefs That Can Make Anyone Highly Successful

1. Forget fate! Focus on doing what you love.

2. Fail just means First Attempt In Learning.

3. Never ever doubt yourself.

4. Choose to continue, even if nothing seems to be working out.

5. Being a genius doesn’t automatically translate to being successful.

6. If you really want it, you’ll find a way to get it.

7. Take calculated risks.

8. Know what you’re getting into.

9. Service will always beat selfishness in the long run.

10. Don’t wait. Create.

Thank You
Hope You Have  A Successful Life Ahead.

Hidden Truth Of MH 370 [Explosive Documentary]

Four Corners – Lost MH370

“It’s without precedent. How can a modern jet airliner just disappear?”
The truth is Flight MH370 didn’t just disappear…

Next on Four Corners reporter Caro Meldrum-Hanna forensically charts what happened in the minutes and hours after the Boeing 777 aircraft stopped communicating with authorities on the ground. The program raises many crucial questions about what went wrong with the emergency response and reveals new information about the sequence of events that night.

Travelling to Malaysia, Meldrum-Hanna speaks to the family of the pilot and prime suspect, Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah, in their first television interview.
On the 8th March 2014 at 7:24am (Malaysia time), Malaysia Airlines released a statement revealing it had lost contact with a Boeing jet airliner, Flight MH370. But at the time this announcement was made, MH370 was actually still flying. The world didn’t know that MH370 had slipped through the watch of multiple authorities on the ground.

The question is: with so many people on board, how could this happen?
In a one-on-one interview, Four Corners asks Malaysia’s Defence Minister, Datuk Hishammuddin Hussein, to explain who is responsible for the loss of MH370 and the challenges involved in this unprecedented tragedy. The interview is revealing.
If the Malaysian Government is unwilling to accept responsibility for what happened, the program speaks to others who want officials to be held accountable. Asked about the mistakes made during the search, one former Malaysian Defence Force officer is clear what the country’s current military leaders should do:
I think they should leave the service for other people to serve the country.

Thank You

STARTING OF REVOLUTION

Hello Everyone...!!!!
This is ROHIT CHAUDHARY,welcome to my blog NEW INNOVATION

First day in college, smile on everyone's face not because class was cancelled but because the time has come to persue our dreams.Dream is not that you see while sleeping it is something that does not let you sleep.Journey of writing our own future has been started.
Professor came in class, and made a hypothetical environment in the class.Everyone was lost in their dream world, dream of becoming MECHANICAL ENGINEER.After family,Machines are their first love.Everyone is thinking to do some innovative work, which have not been done before.Even I am thinking the same that other people are,to write my dad's name with bright colours.

From the very first class my journey of creating a revolution in Mechanical industry has started. In this running world doing something out of the box is quite helpful. In the same way keeping in mind to do some unique thing,I thought of reviewing cars.Because cars are  MY PASSION , MY DREAM , MY LIFE.

The very first word that came in my mind was AUTONOMOUS REVIEWS.Meaning of autonomous is robot or self-driving thing.

The first car which was reviewed by us was AUDI A8L 4.2 TDI QUATTRO.
